Senior SAP FICA Consultant Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICA Consultant to lead critical financial accounting initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing contract accounting processes, ensuring data integrity during system migrations, and driving the successful implementation of SAP FICA solutions.

The ideal candidate will leverage extensive expertise in configuration, integration, and financial operations to support our business objectives across the nation. Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive support and configuration for SAP FICA and Contract Accounting modules. Manage and configure core entities including Contract Partners and Contract Accounts.

Oversee end-to-end payment processing workflows, including payment lot management, dunning procedures, direct debit setups, and interest calculation logic. Handle financial adjustments related to security deposits, returns, refunds, and account write-offs. Lead technical efforts for migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data transition.

Execute Business Partner conversions and manage the migration of FICA-specific data sets. Facilitate seamless integration between SAP FICA and other core systems such as FI/GL, SD, BRIM, or SOM. Utilize tools like LTMOM, LSMW, and BAPIs to enhance data processing and system efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in the SAP ecosystem. At least 4 to 7 years of specialized hands-on experience specifically within SAP FICA. Proven track record in configuring and managing Contract Partner and Contract Account structures. Deep understanding of payment processing cycles, dunning strategies, and interest calculation mechanisms.

Practical knowledge of handling security deposits, refunds, and write-off procedures. Demonstrated experience in executing SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects. Proficiency in Business Partner data migration and FICA data transformation. Strong integration capabilities with SAP FI/GL, SD, BRIM, or SOM modules. Familiarity with LTMOM, LSMW, and BAPIs is considered a significant advantage.
