Data Analyst II The Data Analyst II will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data from various departments within the organization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and organize using Excel Analyze data and generate reports Present and communicate findings found from analysis to team members Create data visualizations to aid decision making Create and document for company processes Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization Any other matters as assigned by management KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, required Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analytics preferably in healthcare or process improvement 1+ year of professional experience collaborating with customers on the design, creation, and execution of analytics deliverables.

1+ year professional experience in building self-service analytic reports, dashboards and/or tools supporting decision-making and actionable metric monitoring by customers. Credentials: N/A Knowledge and Skills: Expertise in Excel Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
