• Drug Free Workplace Job Skills / Requirements Starting wages: $13.60 hourly. Will perform day-to-day call center customer service objectives and passenger trip reservations in a professional and compassionate manner. Will assist in the operations of GRITS, program development, and writing in this field. Must be detail orientated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment and have general knowledge of computer applications. Experience with use of multi-line phone, data-entry, and familiarity with Owensboro and surrounding counties is preferred. Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol is testing required. A high School diploma or GED is required. An associate degree with one year of experience in a transportation related area is preferred.
