Halff Is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in our Fayetteville, AR office. The position will be for a General Civil Engineer interested in Water & Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design and construction.
