Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage financial operations while coordinating effectively with internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth accounting processes, and support project execution through proper financial planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, vouchers, invoices, and expense tracking Coordinate with creative and production teams to understand project requirements and related financial aspects Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial discipline across projects Handle accounts payable and receivable, including timely follow-ups Assist in pricing, billing, and client documentation based on project deliverables Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies Support timely project completion by aligning financial processes with operational timelines Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding financial queries and documentation Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as an Accountant (experience in a creative or production environment is a plus) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Benefits What We Offer A creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work closely with innovative teams and exciting projects Professional growth and learning opportunities Competitive salary based on experience
