Elite Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite / Affluent clients while maintaining long-term relationships. Identify client financial needs and provide tailored banking and investment solutions. Promote a full range of banking products including deposits, lending, cards, and wealth solutions. Achieve portfolio growth and cross-selling targets while maintaining high service standards.

Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, ensuring a premium banking experience. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions.

Qualifications

& Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 4 – 6 years of banking experience, preferably in Relationship Management, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management. Strong knowledge of retail banking products. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage portfolios and achieve sales targets. Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach. Why Join Us?
