• HCA to join our team in providing personalized care and support to individuals living with dementia in our Nursing Home based in Co Dublin. Permanent, Full-time Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities tailored to individual preferences and abilities Support residents in participating in recreational activities and therapeutic programs designed to promote social engagement Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents Participate in ongoing training and education initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in dementia care and best practices Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with residents and their families Requirements Healthcare QQI Level 5 (or similar) Two or more years of experience providing elder care; strong cooperation and communication abilities Excellent motivational and managerial abilities A degree in OR nursing, allied health, or healthcare Benefits Maternity, Adoptive & Surrogacy Leave Healthcare Assistant Bonus Scheme: Join before March 2027 and receive a €750 tax-free bonus after 9 months, with increasing loyalty bonus payments based on length of service, up to a total potential value of €9,750.
