• Friday, 8 hour shifts) We’re looking for a passionate Family Development Supervisor to lead and support a dedicated team of Family Advocates and Home Visitors in strengthening families and promoting positive outcomes for children across Rhode Island. In this role, you’ll provide reflective supervision, guide high-quality home visiting and family support services, and help ensure families have the resources, relationships, and support they need to thrive. If you’re a collaborative, compassionate leader who believes in family-centered practice, community partnerships, equity, and empowering families to reach their goals, we’d love to meet you! 🧩 What You’ll Do: Supervise and Support Staff: Provide coaching, reflective supervision, guidance, and professional development to Family Advocates and Home Visitors. Oversee Home Visiting: Monitor services, support family engagement, and ensure staff help families set and achieve meaningful goals. Support Families: Promote strengths-based, trauma-informed practices that help families address challenges and access needed resources. Build Community Partnerships: Collaborate with community agencies and service providers to coordinate services and advocate for families. Monitor Program Quality: Review documentation, assessments, family plans, program data, and compliance with Head Start and Early Head Start requirements. Oversee Multiple Sites: Monitor Family Development services across the catchment area, support staff at different locations, and promote consistent, high-quality service delivery. 🧠 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Family Development, or a related field required, Master's degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with at-risk children and families. Minimum of two (2) years of staff supervision experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
