We specialize in individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as psychological and developmental evaluations. Our services include targeted support, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and speech therapy for children with autism. Role Description This is an on-site hourly rate for a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP). The CF will work directly with clients to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders under the direction of an SLP.

Responsibilities include

developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with other professionals, and documenting client progress. The role involves working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental and cognitive challenges, to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and expertise in addressing speech disorders Experience in managing Dysphagia and related conditions Strong knowledge of Communication Disorders and approaches for effective intervention Expertise in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders Ability to create customized therapy plans based on individual client needs Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana- CF Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with families and professionals Experience working with clients with developmental disabilities, including autism, is a plus Commitment to evidence-based practices to achieve effective therapeutic outcomes Supervision includes up to 36 weeks or 1260 hours as long as you remain employed as a CF Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Vision Short Term Disability 401 (k) Perks at Work Pay: $32/hour for both direct and indirect work supporting the SLP Schedule: Full time; M-F 8-4 with some flexibility Work Location: Clinic Based locations; New Orleans, Metairie, Elmwood Work Location: In person
