Key Responsibilities

Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Support staff development, training, and mentorship. Champion exceptional patient care and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 years in a leadership/supervisory role within a SNF or post-acute setting. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. :
