JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quote freight to Sales Team via Prioirty1 Portal (TMS System) Create and Confirm Shipments via Acumatica (ERP System) Maintain Photo Library of shipments Works alongside other functions to expedite shipments, i.e.

Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing Coordinate the loading of outbound freight (full, dedicated trucks) QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: Must be able to operate a computer and other office machines such as a copier, printer, and camera. Ability to operate a forklift / willing to learn Must be able to drive a 26’ non CDL Box Truck Ability to lift and transport 65 lbs Pack shipments in accordance with company regulations and client standards.

Process Parcel Shipments via FedEx & UPS Software Haz. Mat certified / willing to participate in training to become certified Analyze problems that may arise and recommend solutions. Follows all safety rules and quality standards including all company policies and procedures Performs job assignments in a safe and productive manner while maintaining high quality levels.

Other duties as assigned. High level of professionalism accompanied with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have excellent time management skills, being able to prioritize multiple priorities at one time. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written Ability to work independently and as a team member Must be able to sit or stand for periods of time.
