Recycling Technician - 2nd Shift Looking for steady work, good pay, and a chance to learn? Come grow with our Georgia team—no manufacturing experience is needed. We’re hiring dependable, hardworking people for a consistent 4:00 p.m.–midnight shift. You’ll earn $17.40 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium—a total of $19.40 per hour while working this shift.

We’ll provide paid, hands-on training and help you learn how to safely operate equipment and inspect and sort plastic horticultural containers and other plastic materials. What You’ll Do: Inspect and sort materials by plastic type. Remove cardboard, metal, film, and other unwanted materials from the sorting line. Load materials onto a conveyor belt.

Watch the line and help maintain material quality. Break down boxes and crates. Operate the baler safely after training. Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized. What You’ll Bring: No previous manufacturing experience is needed—we’ll show you the ropes. Ability to bend, twist, climb, stand, and lift up to 50 lb.

A dependable, can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in as part of the team. Attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job safely and right. Forklift experience is helpful, but it is not required. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. What You’ll Get: A steady 4:00 p.m.–midnight schedule $19.40 per hour on this shift: $17.
