The candidate should possess proven expertise in producing high-quality video content, including leadership interviews, panel discussions, and engaging in employee stories that effectively capture and communicate key messages. This role is designed as an individual contributor position. Core skills Single-handed working in live video production: Multi‑camera setups Single-handed Technical: Lighting, sound, AV equipment set up Camera Handling: DSLR, mirrorless, broadcast cameras Post‑Production: Editing, color correction and sound Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop.
