Honda Sales Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead new and used vehicle sales operations at our high-performing Honda dealership in Vista, CA. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used car volume, maximizing profitability, and developing a strong, performance-driven sales team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do: Lead and manage all new vehicle sales operations Drive volume, gross profit, and market share growth Work closely with Sales Managers and Finance to optimize deal structure and closing performance Train, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to process and performance standards Manage new and used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising.

Ensure strong customer experience and CSI performance across all new car operations Review sales reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance. What You’ll Need: 5+ years automotive sales management experience required Proven experience in high-volume automotive sales Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational planning skills Strong F&I knowledge with proven ability to structure deals and maximize backend gross Proficiency with CRM systems, desking tools, digital retail platforms, and inventory management software (ex.
