Job Title Senior Specialist, Configuration Management – Recorders Position Summary Configuration Management activities include planning, documenting, and executing the processes and procedures necessary to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards, as well as contractual requirements related to change and configuration management of business work products.

The Senior Specialist, Configuration Management, is responsible for assuring the integrity of work product baselines, publishing reviewed and approved baselines, and managing changes against those baselines. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, and a data-driven approach to facilitate effective configuration management across engineering and program activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they become problems, maintains discipline in enforcing configuration management principles, and works collaboratively across functions to achieve business objectives while preserving configuration control and product integrity.
