Key purpose of the Job The Intern – Research & Development supports technology initiatives in the garment industry through close collaboration with technical teams and manufacturing plants. Key tasks include technology scouting, material research, problem-solving, and maintaining project data. The focus is on driving innovation and improving existing processes.

​ Key Responsibilities: Working closely with technical teams. ​ Scoping for new technologies. ​ Technology validation. ​ Working closely with manufacturing plants ​ Following up on technology-based projects. ​ Research surveying and problem solving of existing technologies​ Assisting team with material research and development.

​ Working closely with CFT and upkeeping daily data collection and maintenance.

Education

DB.Tech/BSc. or HNB in Textile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Material Engineering/Applied Science (Physics or chemistry) Experience Good knowledge in materials Competencies Drive Vision & Growth Excite & Engage Customers Inspire Each Other Simplify & Focus This is an Equal Opportunity Company
