• Southern Health and Social Care Trust | Craigavon About the role: £12.75 per hour 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm Craigavon Area Hospital Temporary, immediate start up until 31/03/2027 Please note closing date for this vacancy is by Tuesday 20th October 2026 - however you can register your interest for other upcoming vacancies by applying today. Duties include: Provide logistic and system support in the Southern Trust area. Responsible for weekly management, administration, and stock control of Trust locations in the Electronic Materials Management system. Liaise, advise and resolve customer issues. Maintain, update, and file departmental records and undertake other clerical duties.

What you'll need

4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent / higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role OR 2 years’ experience in a clerical/administrative role. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products to include Outlook. Experience in the use of IT systems within the areas of finance / procurement / Logistics.

Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment (requirement to drive to other Trust facilities).
