Responsibilities

Scheduling maintenance service requests with service techs Handling all maintenance related resident concerns Scheduling make ready turns with vendors Performing move out inspections and assessing charges Performing final make ready inspections Ordering maintenance supplies Entering Purchase order requests Qualifications Experience scheduling make ready turns & working with maintenance technicians Strong organizational and administrative skills Proven 2 + years with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license HS diploma or GED Working knowledge of property management systems and processes Personal Smart Phone technology required Preferred Qualifications Onesite software & Realpage product knowledge Bilingual Spanish Compensation* $24 - $26 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
