This position involves assisting customers by phone, managing reservations, processing ticket sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include

Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with reservations and ticket purchases Providing accurate information regarding schedules, pricing, and availability Processing reservations and ticket transactions efficiently Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer questions or concerns Maintaining accurate records and data entry Utilizing Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to organize information and reports Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience Other duties as needed by manager Qualifications: High school diploma or G.
