The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for managing information systems and information technology initiatives as assigned.Qualifications: Required Experience Associate’s degree in a related field Two years of experience with information technology infrastructure development or an acceptable combination of education and experience A+, Network+, Security+ preferred Implement and maintain corporate infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging and licensing, assuring continuous systems availability Assist with LAN security to ensure compliance with HIPAA and funder requirements Complete user setups including hardware, software and systems access, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required Maintain and enhance the Share point system Utilize systems analysis tools, techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system function specifications Exceptional knowledge of information technology infrastructure development, standards and protocols Exceptional knowledge of information technology security and backup standards Excellent ability to troubleshoot systems and provide technical assistance In-depth understanding of data systems development Provide backup to the Senior System administrator Good understanding of CFBHN’s Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange Support the user technical experience (PC’s Phones, applications, etc.) Maintain/ recommend/ install/ user equipment and software Support the other functional areas of CFBHN Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite as applicable to the position Ability to travel as required by the position We offer: Health & dental (100% paid for employee) Vision benefits (deeply discounted pricing) Hybrid role
