Senior BIM Engineer

Able to produce AutoCAD 2D, 3D & Revit (BIM Drawings). Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines (Architectural, Structural & MEP).

Able to Produce Schematic, Isometric, Details, Layout & Section Drawings Guide project members on the usage of BIM and BIM standards, implementation, usage and adoption of BIM for construction operations. Manage and monitor project timeline with project members. Liaise with consultant teams for problem solving. To produce technical / construction drawings using BIM.

To perform clash analysis and generate free clash model. To perform checks to ensure drawings and models are good. Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modelling software. Especially in Revit MEP. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of work experience in plant design. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Revit. Excellent technical drawing skills. Strong communication and project management skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks, Advance Steel, and Inventor is an added advantage.

Good interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong creative and visualization skills. Ability to work independently and support the project team. Experience in the water treatment industry and water & wastewater treatment projects will be an added advantage.
