Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Overseas Business Planning and Management ：

• Support the formulation, implementation and monitoring of overseas business strategies and key management initiatives.
• Track and assess the performance of overseas branches against annual business plans, financial targets and Balanced Scorecard objectives.
• Coordinate business reviews, management reporting and performance analysis for overseas operations, and provide insights to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between Head Office, overseas branches and relevant business units to support strategic alignment and execution.
• Organize and coordinate overseas business management meetings, strategic review sessions and other management forums as required. Administrative Support: Play the B role (CEO Office Departmental level)
• Provide general administrative support
• Provide new join / transfer / exit logistic arrangement
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting when required
• Organize and maintain filing system, including the filing and storage of confidential documents. (if accessible)
• Assist in the coordination of various departmental activities
• Perform other assignments as required Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Communications, Marketing or Translation
• CPA and/or CFA holder or equivalent would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry, investor relations and or public relations capacity
• Intimate knowledge of the banking and financial industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
