Work across global product/service ownership, sales, presales, and delivery to maintain consistency from strategy through execution. Establish effective service line governance, accountability, and measurable performance objectives. What We’re Looking For Senior leadership experience within IT services, consulting, managed services, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
Experience building or leading a service line, practice, portfolio, offering, or technology consulting business. Strong understanding of Business Platforms and/or Modern Work solutions. Demonstrated experience translating strategy into commercial execution and measurable business results. Experience with portfolio development, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and solution positioning.
Strong commercial acumen, including experience with revenue growth, pipeline development, margin management, pricing, and business planning. Experience developing strategic technology partnerships and alliances. Ability to evaluate complex customer opportunities from commercial, solution, and delivery perspectives. Experience working across global or matrixed organizations.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to influence sales, delivery, product, and leadership teams without relying solely on direct reporting relationships. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is part strategist, part practice leader, and part business builder.
You are comfortable defining where the business should go while also taking ownership for making it happen. You understand how to take established global capabilities and turn them into offerings that resonate with US customers. You can move comfortably between executive strategy discussions, sales opportunities, partner relationships, portfolio decisions, and commercial performance.
Most importantly, you are energized by the opportunity to build and grow a service line, rather than simply maintain an existing portfolio. Why This Role This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth of CTG’s US business while leveraging the capabilities, experience, and intellectual property of the broader Cegeka organization.
The Service Line Leader will have the opportunity to shape the US portfolio, influence investment decisions, develop strategic partnerships, and build the market presence of Business Platforms & Modern Work in the United States.
