Responsibilities

You work as part of rotating project teams with 3-6 consultants on strategic projects from cross-functional subject areas and can specialize professionally. You develop solution concepts with your project team for implementing the strategy , helping clients weigh opportunities and risks and increase growth and competitiveness.

You shape your own work packages and own responsibility from day one . You continuously grow through regular feedback, coaching and involvement in challenging tasks . Profile You have at least one year of professional experience in strategy consulting or in a comparable strategic environment (e.g. in-house consulting, strategy department, business development).

You hold a Master's degree from a renowned university with top grades . You demonstrate very good German and English skills (at least C1). You apply your strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset , you act creatively as a thought leader in solving problems, and you enjoy proactively thinking ahead and contributing new/innovative ideas.

You are skilled at structuring complex problems, developing hypotheses and, together with your team, implementing pragmatic solutions with measurable impact. To do this, you also go the extra mile together with your team for your clients. You receive attractive salary development : Consultants start at around €70,000 and by Principal level you can more than double your salary within a few years.
