1. Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
2. Communicate with customers to answer customer's questions, provide information, evaluate their needs, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
3. Generating new customer prospects and conducting sales visits and calls with customers.
4. Coordinating with principals and customers.
5. Preparing monthly and yearly reports. General Responsibilities
6. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
7. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
8. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
9. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Maintain good work ethics and committed to transparent communication.
2. Bachelor's degree from any major.
3. Must have experience in Sales/Marketing/Commercial field (internship or full-time) within related industry (Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping is preferable).
4. Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
5. Able to work in team and under minimum supervision.
