Senior Fraud Management Officer

Job Posting Location Nonthaburi Job Summary The Fraud Risk Analytics & Management is responsible for analyzing data, monitoring suspicious activities, and identifying fraud risks to support fraud prevention initiatives.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, generate analytical insights, and enhance fraud detection and risk management capabilities through data-driven decision-making. Job Description Analyze data from various sources to identify fraud patterns, trends, and potential risks using Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical tools to support fraud monitoring and prevention.

Monitor, review, and analyze suspicious transactions or unusual activities, and summarize investigation findings. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support fraud detection activities. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to enhance fraud prevention measures and controls. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement fraud prevention initiatives and mitigate fraud-related risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Fraud Analyst or Risk Data Analyst. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Telecommunications industries. Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data analysis and reporting.
