Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is looking for a Materials Supervisor to lead inventory and warehouse operations for our Research & Innovation Pilot Plant. You'll own how materials are received, stored, moved, and shipped, making sure only product that meets CCM quality standards reaches our customers.

What You'll Do

Own the materials management strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Pilot Plant, labs, and offices Direct purchasing, receiving, storage, and disposition of materials, including off-site warehouse inventory Serve as the SAP/SAPi subject matter expert: block/unblock materials and bins, create and cancel transfer orders, and coach others on the system Lead the annual physical inventory and finished goods cycle counts Audit for FIFO compliance and shelf life, and manage slow-moving, obsolete, and expiring product Support quality holds and lead root-cause investigations of inventory discrepancies Champion safety and environmental compliance (OSHA, EPA, SDS, hazard communication) and act as a behavior-based safety coach Drive Carlisle Operating System (COS) initiatives and maintain 5S Supervise the Receiving and Inventory Specialist, plus Materials Handlers and cycle counters as assigned What You'll Bring HS diploma or GED required; bachelor's in supply chain or business preferred 2–5 years in a distribution center environment and 1–3 years of leadership experience SAP experience (required) and familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement (required) Knowledge of hazardous materials handling; CFR 49 certification Certification to operate material-handling equipment Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills Preferred: lab experience in adhesives or plastics manufacturing; experience improving safety programs #LI-LT1 We endeavor to make this site accessible to any and all users.
