At the core of health awareness, income/livelihoods, public sensitivity, agricultural consultation imparting knowledge about government schemes, with a strong local connect.

They act as a bridge between rural society and public upliftment.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Service oriented/ Seva-Bhav: People centric and sensitive
2. Basic reading and writing skills
3. Basic computer/technology knowledge/competence and admin experience 4. 12 th pass, graduates preferred
4. Minimum 3-5 years work experience.
5. General knowledge about government schemes/programs
6. Preference to former Anganwadi workers, nurses, social workers
7. Medical care is an additional benefit
8. Must possess strong communication, leadership, and community outreach skills.
9. Local understanding/awareness, familiarity to local languages
10. Females preferred
11. No domestic issues/problems, health ailments
12. No form of political alignment (eg: party karyakarta) Requirements RESPONSIBILITIES
13. Supervising attendance of field staff
14. Daily monitoring field staff for productivity and quality
15. Conduct/assist with medical screening
16. Preparation for video consultations
17. Coordination with HO and regional offices
18. Generic facilitation related to documentation
19. Maintaining logistics, survey gifts, keychains
20. Managing inward and outward couriers
21. Meeting with Gyaani/Sarpanch/MLA (once in a while)
22. Providing advisory, consulting as per requirement and HO guidelines on the subject.
23. Briefing and downloading and registration of “a” app on user’s phone
24. Basic para-medical care responsibilities
25. Maintaining visitor logbook
