Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Anesthesia

Location: Sioux City, IA 51101 Schedule: Day Shifts | 10-Hour Shifts | Full-Time Pay: $125–$135/hour , based on experience and contract structure Position Summary: A dynamic acute care setting in Sioux City, Iowa is seeking a highly skilled and independent Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its collaborative anesthesia team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and create individualized anesthesia plans Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in collaboration with the surgical team Monitor patient status and vital signs continuously throughout procedures Manage emergence from anesthesia and oversee post-anesthesia recovery Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and compliance standards Participate in call rotations as needed (if applicable) Qualifications: Active CRNA certification and unrestricted Iowa APRN license Graduation from a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications (current or willing to obtain) Minimum 1 year of independent CRNA experience preferred Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate: $125–$135/hour , depending on experience and shift structure Stable weekday schedule with 10-hour day shifts Potential for travel/housing stipends or relocation support Opportunity to work in a well-supported and collaborative anesthesia environment
