Senior Integration Developer

Senior Integration Developer Experience: 5-7 Years Location: India Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Lead Integration Developer Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations supporting Salesforce ITSM implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing APIs, building middleware integrations, supporting migration initiatives, and ensuring reliable system interoperability.

This role will work closely with Salesforce Developers, Data Engineers, Architects, and business teams to enable seamless data exchange across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications. Build APIs and integration services using industry best practices. Design real-time and batch integration processes. Support enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Salesforce ITSM Support Integrate Salesforce with: CMDB Platforms Asset Management Systems Identity Providers ERP Applications Monitoring Platforms HR Systems Collaboration Platforms Support synchronization of incident, change, problem, and asset data.

API Development Develop and maintain: REST APIs SOAP Services Webhooks Platform Events Change Data Capture Integrations Ensure security and performance requirements are met. Testing & Support Execute integration testing and troubleshooting. Monitor integration performance and reliability. Resolve interface failures and data synchronization issues.

Support deployment and release activities. Collaboration Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning. Work closely with business analysts and technical teams. Guide junior integration developers. Required Qualifications Experience 5-7 years of IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of integration development experience.

Hands-on Salesforce integration project experience. Technical Skills REST APIs SOAP Services Salesforce APIs Mule. Soft or Boomi Azure Integration Services JSON/XML API Security SQL Integration Testing Event-Based Integrations Salesforce Knowledge Experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Salesforce ITSM Data Migration Support Agentforce integrations Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating Service.

Now or other ITSM platforms with Salesforce. Exposure to CMDB and IT Asset Management. Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices. Experience with Azure DevOps or Git-based release management. Preferred Certifications Mule.
