About the role

This is a dynamic role that offers many opportunities to help a growing company. You will play a key role in supporting our Executive Team (Ex. Com) to help them scale and work efficiently to meet the demands of the business. The main responsibility is to proactively manage calendars, optimize time management, and support strategic revenue initiatives.

You will be a primary point of contact for both internal and external requests. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and know how to multi-task, prioritize, manage confidential information, and step in to help with company projects as needed. You will need to be able to pivot quickly as business priorities evolve, while maintaining exceedingly high levels of trust and professionalism.

This role will report to the VP Governance & Strategy with a functional alignment to the Ex. Com, and is based in our Kuala Lumpur office.
