Sweep and scrub floors. Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment. Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Clean and prepare various foods for cooking. Transfer supplies or equipment between storage, work areas, and locations.
