Description Director of Nursing (DON) – RN | Skilled Nursing | Dresden, TN Director of Nursing (DON) – Dresden, TN Full-Time | Nursing Leadership | Skilled Nursing Are you an experienced RN who enjoys leading a nursing team and making a meaningful impact on resident care? We are looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services at a skilled nursing facility in the Dresden, TN area .

This is an opportunity for a hands-on nursing leader who can support staff, maintain high standards of care, and help create a positive environment for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities
