Director of Manufacturing

The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for execution of the Dairy manufacturing processes to ensure accurate, on-time, and cost-effective processes to meet safety goals, customer service requirements and organizational goals. This includes raw milk transport, key supplier strategy and relations, purchasing and production planning oversight/strategy, all manufacturing operations/processes, regulatory, safety, and security compliance, plant facilities engineering and development, and personnel oversight and team development

Essential Duties

Manage the overall operational performance to allocate resources, manage risks, and provide
