Accounts Clerk

Job Purpose: Manage daily financial transactions and support the organisation’s accounting department.

Job Responsibilities

• Process data and/or ledger entries and accounting transactions.
• Keep financial records updated and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
• Assist in preparation of management accs / budget / other financial reports.
• Conduct cyclical, general variance analysis/report.
• Participate in month end account closing activities.
• Give support to the Assistant Accountant. Jobs Requirements:
• HSC / A level with Accounting as main subject.
• At least 2 years’ work experience as Accounts Clerk.
• Effective communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and result oriented.
• Good critical thinking ability and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of administrative and clerical procedures.
