Why Work Here?
Looking for more than just a job? Ready to build a career in leadership?
Pellitteri Waste Systems, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company that has been serving our community for over 70 years. Over the past five years, we have grown from approximately 80 employees to more than 200, and we are continuing to grow.
That growth creates exciting opportunities, but it also means we need great people who are ready to grow with us.
We are looking for a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic Operations Supervisor who wants to do more than manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a single position. Our goal is to bring in individuals who want to learn our business inside and out, develop a strong understanding of our operations, and prepare themselves for future management opportunities throughout the company.
This position is an opportunity to learn the many moving parts of Pellitteri, including routing and scheduling, dispatch, driver operations, service efficiency, and the systems that keep our business running successfully. You will work closely with our Operations Managers and other leaders, gaining hands-on experience and developing the skills needed to take on greater responsibility.
As Pellitteri continues to expand, our need for capable leaders will continue to grow. We want to invest in people who take initiative, solve problems, understand the bigger picture, and are interested in building a long-term career with us. For the right person, this position can be a steppingstone to future leadership roles, including Operations Management and other management opportunities across the company.
We are proud to have built a business centered on integrity, passion, pride, and service. We are equally proud of the team that has helped us grow, and we are excited to find the next group of leaders who will help shape our future.
If you are eager to learn, ready to take ownership, and interested in where your career can go, we want to hear from you.
