In search of a culinary wizard who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard. A Junior Sous Chef is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the desire to learn. This individual is comfortable leading and training others and has a working knowledge of ordering, inventory, and costing standards.

Requested Tasks: Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance. Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards ensuring excellence and thoughtfulness. Assist with inventory oversight. Bring innovative and exciting menu options for consideration. Requested Capabilities: Prior experience as a Junior Sous Chef highly preferred Able to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.

Guest-first mentality; excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and highly organized. Prior team leadership highly preferred.
