You’ll be at the heart of our operation — leading people, improving processes , and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect. What you’ll be doing Operational Leadership Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch. Health & Safety Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures. People Leadership Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
What we’re looking for A confident, hands‑on leader with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment. Someone who loves developing people and building a positive, high‑performing team culture. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.
Someone who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience. Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or similar is a bonus, but not essential).
