What You'll Do

Greet and assist prospective and current residents Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases Prepare lease agreements and related documentation Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in Yardi and CRM Provide professional, responsive customer service Support the onsite team and overall presentation of the community Stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Work every Saturday and four weekdays What We're Looking For Customer service or sales experience preferred; apartment leasing experience is a plus Friendly, engaging, and professional communication style Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and presentation Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred Valid driver's license Why Gaines Investment Trust?
