Recruiter

The Recruiter drives the standards and practices related to world-class recruiting. Partner with HR, Senior Executives, Managers, and Practice Leaders to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of recruiting initiatives, as well as set priorities for allocation of recruiting resources. Act as a liaison between the clients and HR functional areas to provide recruiting best practices and expertise.

Provide leadership education on philosophy/approach/tools as it relates to recruiting and retention and participate in the implementation of reporting to measure the success of HR recruiting strategies.
