HR Generalist

The HR Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with employees, supervisors, and managers to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits, and HR programs. The HR Generalist will work in an environment that includes hourly employees, multiple shifts, and union and non-union operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on HR professional who can build strong relationships with employees and managers while maintaining consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
