The District Manager oversees the performance of multiple Leslie’s stores to ensure they consistently meet or exceed customer service standards, sales goals, profitability targets, operational procedures, and merchandising objectives.

This role is directly responsible for driving sales growth, managing profit margins, controlling payroll, and overseeing all controllable expenses within the district. The District Manager also ensures the effective implementation and execution of all company programs and initiatives across their stores.
