Management and oversight of the Pharmacy Operations Support Team including emerging centralized functions Creating, documenting, optimizing workflows, SOP, training, and processes to ensure efficient, timely, and effective operations to fulfill patient pharmacy orders on an ongoing basis. Implementing and optimizing use of new software solutions (Phox, Kroll,.
