Parts Counter Specialist - Grab and Go

Parts Counter Assistant Shine Bros. Corp. is seeking a Parts Counter Assistant for Grab & Go facility Starting at $17.00-18.75 per hour Hours: Wed-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 Saturday 7:30- 5:00 Sunday 10:00- 5:00 Qualifications: Strong communication skills; and customer service Ability to assist customers Valid driver’s license with good driving record; Prior parts experience and/or mechanical background; Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages; Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Including Outlook, Excel & Word); Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; and Ability to prioritize, multitask and set deadlines to meet goals.

Responsibilities

Locate and acquire parts, materials, and supplies needed for equipment repairs Answer phone calls, obtain price quotes and other information for customers Maintain parts and supply inventory using physical and electronic records and files; Pick up parts order or arrange for delivery; Receive deliveries, verify accuracy of shipments and inspect for damage and defects; Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and shop personnel; Other duties as assigned.
