COMPENSATION

120,000 USD Anticipated total annual compensation: 120,000 to 220,000 USD. Actual compensation above the guaranteed base salary varies based on clinic collections, schedule, and individual performance. Performance bonus: Collections-based bonus with no hard cap, creating meaningful upside for high-performing doctors Signing bonus: 5,000 to 10,000 USD based on experience, qualifications, and agreed employment commitment Relocation assistance: Available for qualified out-of-area candidates Schedule: Full-time, 4.
