A Day in the Life

Day-to-day, you hold overall accountability for your store's commercial performance, leading and developing a retail team across our luxury brand portfolio, reporting to the Retail Area Manager. You balance on-the-floor team coaching with business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

• Lead the store team to achieve retail KPIs, analysing performance data to drive sales growth and market share.
• Coach and mentor Beauty Advisors through regular constructive feedback on luxury consultation rituals, product storytelling, and beauty tech applications.
• Build collaborative relationships with department store managers and retail hosts to secure prime promotional space and commercial alignment.
• Drive client acquisition and VIP retention strategies, executing engaging brand event calendars and launch activations.
• Oversee retail store operations, ensuring stock availability of top SKUs, tester supply, visual merchandising compliance, and rota scheduling on Tamigo. We Are Looking For You combine commercial acumen with inspiring leadership, ready to champion retail excellence and develop team potential. You bring:
• Retail Business Acumen : Ability to analyse retail metrics, manage floor productivity, and implement commercial growth plans.
• People Leadership & Coaching : Proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and developing retail sales teams to deliver service excellence.
• Customer Experience & Clienteling : Focus on elevated luxury consultations, VIP customer retention, and brand event execution.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong interpersonal skills to build productive partnerships with host store management and cross-functional teams.
• Store Operations & Administration : Competence in stock inventory control, visual merchandising standards, and workforce planning systems.
