Description Casa De Flores Assisted Living Community-Morro Bay Full-Time - $25-$28/hour DOE Make Every Day Meaningful! Are you a positive, creative, energetic leader who loves working with seniors? Casa de Flores is looking for a Life Enrichment Lead to help bring fun, connection, and purpose to the daily lives of our residents.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position — not a sit-behind-a-desk job! You'll be out in the community interacting with residents, leading activities, supporting the team, and creating events residents look forward to.

• Time Off: Generous Flexible Time Off (FTO) and Paid Sick Time WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and participate in daily resident activities, games, social programs, entertainment, outings, and special events Help coordinate the monthly activity calendar and daily activity schedule Assist with leading and coordinating Activity Aide staff Organize, decorate, set up, and clean up community events Take a leadership role in Monday, Wednesday & Friday Happy Hours Help coordinate holiday celebrations, Assisted Living Week, and special recognition days Encourage resident participation and create a welcoming, inclusive environment Maintain organized activity areas, supplies, equipment, and storage Communicate and coordinate with other departments Jump in wherever needed to help programs and events run smoothly WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: Positive, outgoing, creative, and enthusiastic Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Comfortable taking the lead and giving direction A strong team player Creative with games, parties, decorations, themes, and activities Comfortable speaking in front of groups Compassionate and patient when working with seniors Hands-on and willing to help with setup, decorating, cleaning, and moving supplies Passionate about creating an active, welcoming, and fun community THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You are a natural cheerleader, organizer, motivator, and leader who loves bringing people together and making residents feel valued and included. Requirements

• Clearances: Ability to successfully pass a fingerprint background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
