Development Manager

As Development Manager, you will serve as the primary onsite representative, providing experienced leadership throughout the construction management and development process. This role builds and maintains positive, long-term partnerships with clients, general contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders through principled leadership, sound business judgment, and consistent, accurate communication.

The Development Manager ensures the Company’s services remain aligned with the client's goals and expectations while providing oversight of project cost control, change management, and project-related issues. Depending on project needs, this role may also lead and develop one to two team members.
