This position will work with retail and syndicated data to uncover trends, develop actionable insights, and support the execution of client projects. This role is ideal for an analytical, curious, and fast learner who is eager to build their knowledge of Walmart, consumer packaged goods, and the constantly changing retail marketplace.

Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Walmart, we do require that this role is based in Rogers, AR. Requirements

0–2 years of analytical experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data with accuracy Ability to learn new tools, data sources, and retail concepts quickly Ability to identify trends and translate data into clear, actionable insights Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Curious and proactive approach to problem-solving Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proven ownership mindset Preferred Experience working with syndicated data Experience with Retail Link, Scintilla, Luminate, Circana, and/or Nielsen to develop actionable insights Consumer packaged goods, retail, or related analytical experience Experience using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization software tools Our heart at Harvest is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, authenticity, mutual respect, professionalism, and growth.
