Community Manager

Community Manager Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Manager to join our team at Choctaw Lodge in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience with tax credit properties, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining a thriving community environment.

This role requires a "whatever it takes" attitude and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the community ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations. Oversee and coordinate annual recertifications for residents in a timely and accurate manner. Provide outstanding customer service to residents, addressing concerns and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve community goals and maintain high occupancy rates.

Work weekends and flexible hours as required to support community needs and events. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident files, compliance, and community activities.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Experience with TAX CREDIT property management and compliance. Strong CUSTOMER SERVICE skills with the ability to handle resident relations professionally. Proven ability to manage ANNUAL RECERTIFICATIONS efficiently and accurately. Willingness to work WEEKENDS and flexible hours as needed. "WHATEVER IT TAKES" attitude to meet community and resident needs.
